I am sugandh mishra. currently I am persuing my b.tech from NIT GOA. I joined my college in 2019. I completed my 12 standard in 2018 from B.N.S.D. INTER COLLEGE KANPUR and 10 standard in 2016 from S.S.V. MANDIR .now I have started to write blog , this blog is related to people's health and fitness .In this i tried to give such information that really people needed nowadays.I thought all of you will support me and encourage me to write consistantly these type of blog
